Influencer Marketing Specialist

Location: New York

  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies and campaigns that align with our brand’s goals and values.

  • Research and identify key influencers, bloggers, and content creators across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) that align with our target audience.

  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and manage all aspects of influencer collaborations including outreach, negotiation, content creation, and performance tracking.

  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, utilizing metrics to gauge reach, engagement, and ROI.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or related roles.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights from campaign performance.

  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
